• Reputation Contributions
• Verification Services
• TALEX Score
• Organization Profiles
• TALEX Tokens
• APIs and Integrations
• Enterprise Services

These services are subject to change and may evolve over time without prior notice.

User Accounts

When creating and maintaining an account, users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintaining account security.
• Keeping login credentials confidential.
• Updating profile information promptly when it changes.

TALEX may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Submit only information they are legally authorized to share.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Cooperate with verification requests when applicable.

Users must strictly not:

• Impersonate others.
• Submit fraudulent documents or evidence.
• Attempt to artificially manipulate TALEX Scores.
• Misuse the platform or its intended functionality.
• Interfere with platform security or operations.

Organization Responsibilities

Organizations using TALEX agree to:

• Verify information honestly and accurately.
• Use verification tools and APIs responsibly.
• Protect authorized access to their accounts.
• Respect user privacy.
• Comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Organizations remain solely responsible for their own hiring, admissions, procurement, certification, membership, and business decisions.

Verification Services

Verification increases confidence in the information provided but does not guarantee future conduct or outcomes. Verification decisions are based exclusively on the information available at the time of review.

Some verification services may require supporting evidence or direct confirmation from participating organizations. Please see our Verification Policy for comprehensive details.

TALEX Tokens and Fees

Certain verification services require TALEX Tokens. Token packages, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion. While some services may be free, enterprise billing arrangements may differ based on specific agreements.

Intellectual Property

TALEX™, TALEX Score™, all related logos, trademarks, software, content, and underlying platform technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Appoint Group or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of the information they submit, while granting TALEX the necessary worldwide, royalty-free rights to use and process such information to provide platform services.

Platform Availability

TALEX strives to provide highly reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, security events, or external factors beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

Suspension and Termination

TALEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Abuse of the platform
• Security concerns
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Violation of these Terms

Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to applicable legal and data retention requirements.

Limitation of Liability

TALEX provides information and verification services but does not guarantee:

• Business opportunities
• Financial outcomes
• Admissions
• Contracts
• Partnerships
• Professional success

Organizations remain fully responsible for their own decisions, and TALEX assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on the platform.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appoint Group against any claims, damages, or losses arising from false information submitted, unauthorized use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

TALEX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
