  • Business Information
  • Memberships
  • Projects & Portfolio

Other supported Reputation Contributions may also be verified. Supported verification services are subject to change and may evolve over time.

Verification Requests

Users may request verification of eligible information at any time. Organizations may also proactively participate in supported verification processes for their members or employees.

The submission of a verification request does not guarantee approval. Depending on the Verification Type and Method, the process may require additional information, supporting evidence, or direct organization confirmation before a decision can be rendered.

Supporting Evidence

Users are strictly responsible for providing accurate and authentic supporting evidence when requested. Examples of acceptable evidence may include:

  • Official documents
  • Certificates and Licenses
  • Government identification
  • Public records
  • Verification codes
  • QR codes
  • Direct organization confirmations

The submission of fraudulent, falsified, or altered evidence is a severe violation of the Terms of Service and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of platform access.

Verification Decisions

Verification decisions are based exclusively on the information and evidence available at the time of review. Possible outcomes of a Verification Request include:

  • Approved: The information meets verification standards.
  • Rejected: The information or evidence fails to meet verification standards.
  • Expired: The Verified Information has surpassed its validity period.
  • Revoked: Verification has been rescinded due to subsequent findings of inaccuracy or fraud.

Verification may also remain pending indefinitely while additional information is requested or while awaiting response from a Participating Organization.

Verification Validity

Certain categories of Verified Information may remain valid indefinitely. However, other verification types may intrinsically require:

  • Renewal
  • Reverification
  • Periodic confirmation
  • Expiration based on applicable standards or issuing organizations

TALEX reserves the right to update or revoke a verification status at any time if it determines that the underlying information has materially changed or is no longer accurate.

Appeals

Users may request reconsideration of verification decisions by providing substantial additional supporting information. However, the submission of an appeal does not guarantee approval. TALEX reserves the right to decline repetitive, abusive, or unsupported appeals.

Participating Organizations

Organizations participating in TALEX agree to:

  • Verify information honestly and impartially.
  • Protect authorized access to their verification tools.
  • Respect all applicable privacy laws.
  • Cooperate in good faith during verification processes.

Organizations remain entirely responsible for their own internal verification decisions and institutional policies.

Verification Fees

Some verification services require the expenditure of TALEX Tokens. Verification fees vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Verification complexity
  • Evidence requirements
  • Manual review requirements
  • Third-party verification costs
  • Applicable enterprise arrangements

TALEX may update verification pricing at any time. For detailed information regarding tokens, please refer to the TALEX Tokens documentation.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

Users and organizations must strictly not:

  • Submit fraudulent information.
  • Forge, alter, or falsify documents.
  • Misrepresent their identity or organizational affiliation.
  • Manipulate verification outcomes.
  • Attempt to interfere with or bypass verification processes.

TALEX reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Verification

Verification confirms information solely based on the evidence available at a specific point in time.

Verification does not guarantee future conduct, performance, honesty, financial stability, employment suitability, or legal compliance. Organizations evaluating Verified Information remain wholly responsible for their own decisions, due diligence, and risk assessment.

Changes to This Policy

TALEX may update this Verification Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or platform capabilities. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
